I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and included with the room, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing fans, umbrellas, and insect repellent when needed. The location in this city was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful landscaping.

The service from the staff was exceptional, with their friendly and helpful attitude making us feel welcomed and cared for. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring our room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast, which is included in the stay. It's rare to find such tasty food provided by a hotel. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Nestled into a lush mountainous area, this hotel offered stunning views of the surroundings. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with mosquito nets and provided fans to keep cool. the staff went above and beyond, offering insect repellent and exceptional service at dinner and breakfast. the organic vegetables in the breakfast buffet were especially delicious. There was also a refreshing pool and salas for relaxing.

The walk up to some areas of the hotel was difficult for those with limited mobility as it is situated on a hillside.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. The hotel had a nice pool and a fitness center that were well-maintained. I also appreciated the shuttle service to nearby attractions.

I must say we were disappointed with the steep slope and narrow paths leading to the rooms, which made navigation difficult. The lack of ramps and railings posed a safety hazard, especially for families with small children or elderly members. Additionally, the limited options for dinner at the on-site restaurant left us craving for more variety, and the beds were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good sleep. while we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, the shortcomings make it unlikely for us to consider returning to this hotel.
